The British Columbia Technology Industry Association has appointed 14 new members to its board of directors, representing the technology industry from small to large companies and core service organisations. Those appointed to the BCTIA board for a two-year term include: David Climie, VP marketing communications, PMC Sierra Inc.; Rod O’Reilly, president and CEO, McKesson; Paul Gorton, VP systems solutions, MDA Corp.; John Madigan, co-CEO, Teligence; Art Aylesworth, CEO, Carmanah Technologies Corp.; John Caputo, president, Maximizer Software Inc.; Moe Kermani, president and CEO, Bycast Inc.; Richard MacKellar, CEO, BrightSide Technologies Inc.; Michael Bain, territory manager, IBM; Blake Hanna, partner, Accenture’s business services for utilities unit; Iain Mant, partner, Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP; Caroline Jellinck, partner, Ray & Berndtson; Donna Bridgeman, partner, GrowthWorks Capital Ltd.; and David McIntyre, VP, Ventures West Management Inc.
