International Datacasting Corp. has announced the departure of Phillip Bolger, executive VP and CFO. He is leaving to pursue other opportunities, but has agreed to serve as interim CFO until a replacement can be found. Contec Innovations has expanded into the Asia-Pacific region and has hired Steven Frank as director of business development for the region. He will be based in Singapore. Frank joins the Vancouver-based firm after having served two years at mobile gaming company Riot Entertainment as GM for Asia Pacific. He also spent four years at Intel Corp. Unity Wireless has announced the appointments of Casey O’Byrne and Andrew Chamberlain to its board of directors and executive, respectively. In addition to joining the board, O’Byrne will act as vice-chair. Chamberlain, a securities lawyer, will take over as corporate secretary. Nortel Networks Corp. is making changes to its sales organization as Gary Donahee, president of the Americas region, plans to retire in the spring of 2003 following 28 years of service with
