Jim Crocker has been appointed president of LogiSense Corp., an IP network services provider in Cambridge ON. He is the former president/CEO of Virtek Vision. The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business Magazine has released its annual Top Forty Under Forty list. Among the telecom names making the cut are Kit Dalaroy, VP mergers and acquisitions for BCE Inc.; Heather Tulk, VP broadband and marketing at Aliant Inc.; University of Ottawa Internet law professor Michael Geist; and Patrick Menely, senior VP at TD Bank Financial Group, who was involved in major deals that Telus undertook in 1999 and 2000. The board of directors for the project includes BCE Emergis Inc. CEO Pierre Blouin and Aliant senior VP Wendy Paquette. The Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance presented its 2003 Sara Kirke Award for Canada’s leading woman high-tech entrepreneur to Gerri Sinclair.
