Sirius XM under scrutiny for regulatory compliance

Sirius XM Canada Inc. and other broadcasters will be under scrutiny at a CRTC licence renewal hearing in June after the commission said Wednesday they may have failed to comply with broadcasting regulations or licence conditions.
