Report says ‘full set-aside’ policy would reduce mobile pricing

A "full set-aside" policy for new entrants and small players in the upcoming 700 MHz spectrum auction will lead to lower consumer mobile pricing, said a new report Thursday from OpenMedia.ca, the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) and the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC).
