MTS, Telesave, join call for review of wholesale Internet decision

MTS Allstream Inc. and small Internet service provider (ISP) Telesave Communications Ltd. have joined a growing list of providers contesting the CRTC decision last November that established how much incumbents can charge small ISPs for wholesale access to their networks.
