Heritage Committee releases terms for TV industry review

The House of Common’s Heritage Committee on Thursday released the terms of reference for its study of the evolution of Canada’s TV industry and its impact on local communities. The review kicked off March 25 with an appearance by CRTC chair Konrad von Finckenstein, vice-chair of broadcasting Michel Arpin and executive director of broadcasting Scott Hutton.
